He was born and lives in Prato, he studied music at " L. Cherubini " Conservatory in Florence, where he's obtained the following certificates:

Band Instrumentation with M° R. Becheri
Choral Music and Chorus Director with M° F. Facchinelli.
With A.Bologni, Lorenzo Borneo has obtained the Second Level Violin Degree at the “L.Boccherini” Conservatory in Lucca.
Always at the il L.Cherubini Conservatory of Florence, he's attended the Intermediate Composition Course VII with M° A. Varotti and Conductor Course with the guidance of M° A. Pinzauti; Lorenzo has also obtained the Reading Score/Piano Certificate under the guidance and teaching of M°Bargagna.
At the Municipal Music School “G.Verdi” of Prato, Lorenzo's obtained the three-year Armonia Pop and Arrangement Master with Maestro R. Galardini. At the Music School in Fiesole he attends the Music Education Course. Finally the Accountancy Certificate at the “Dagomari” Institute of Prato.
At the moment he's Violinist at the "Camerata Strumentale Città di Prato" Orchestra since 1998 , when It has been founded.
He has also collaborated with the’ Orchestra Promusia di Pistoia”, the'” Orchestra Lirico Sinfonica del Festival Puccini di Torre del Lago”, “Città Lirica Orchestra”, “Orchestra Sinfonica di Sanremo”, “Orchestra da Camera Fiorentina”, “Orchestra Strumentale di Toscana ”, “ Orchestra del Giglio di Lucca”.
First Violin of the "String Quartet “Melody”, of the “Soloists of the Giglio Orchestra of Florence”, I Violin and Director of the Orchestra “Prato Ensamble” for the following artists tournèe and concerts: Biagio Antonacci tour 9/11/2001 2001-2002, Convivendo Tour 2004-2005, Viky Love tour 2007, Il Cielo ha una porta sola 2008; Irene Grandi . Hits Tour Teatrale 2007- 2008; Ornella Vanoni 2008; Claudio Baglioni QPGA tour 2009; Renato Zero Presente tour 2009. With the “Camerata” Lorenzo has played at the Politeama Theatre together with Gino Paoli and Enrico Rava Quintett; with the ’” Pucciniano Festival Orchestra” he's played with Andrea Bocelli at the Puccini Theatre.
For the CGD music label, regarding “Nudo” Baccini's album, he's wrote the string arrangement for the “Il Superpentito” song.

Lorenzo has collaborated for Fininvest too, in recording the “The Maraja daughter” sound track, for the RAI channel recording “Caffè Kimbo” advertisement with Pippo Baudo.
Collaborates with the florentine songwriters as Enzo Carro and Fabrizio Venturi.
